Message from our CEO

Japanese quality, built in Vietnam.

For 25 years I led development organisations at a major system integrator in Tokyo. What I learned is that offshore projects succeed or fail not on technical skill alone, but on whether the team truly understands Japanese quality standards and ways of working.

At Shellfa IT Solutions, I and our Japanese team members take direct responsibility from the first client conversation to the final quality check. We read between the lines of every specification, practise hou-ren-sou reporting without exception, and every delivery is reviewed by Japanese eyes before it reaches you. We build on these fundamentals every day alongside our talented Vietnamese engineers.

Spent 25 years leading large-scale system development for finance and manufacturing clients at a major Tokyo system integrator. Founded Shellfa IT Solutions in 2019 to build an offshore delivery model held to Japanese quality standards, and holds final accountability for the quality of every project.

Tokyo Office

18 years managing accounts for manufacturing and financial-sector clients. Based in the Tokyo office and handling every step in Japanese, from first consultation and estimates to contracts and requirement clarification, bridging clients and the Vietnam delivery team.

鈴木 大輔 Suzuki Daisuke

Based in Hanoi

15 years managing Japan–Vietnam offshore projects. Based in Hanoi and working daily with BrSEs and engineers to manage schedule, quality and risk. Personally runs the quality review before each delivery and reports weekly in Japanese.
